Owner has reported by phone - Gas oven and grill will not stay alight. The cooker is now only heating up/burning food at the back of the oven and the front but not cooking anything in the middle. Please update the customer directly.

      The supplier have emailed Amy to say that they have rejected the claim because they have attended to the issue 6 times and have had the customer say that she was happy with what had happened.

      ABI have acknowledged this claim. Dean asked in his email for the serial number of the cooker which I have given him. Awaiting update/ response from the supplier.

      I have phoned back Angela she has said that this issue has still occurred yes the engineer attended but this only lasted 24 hours and the issue has occurred again. I have phoned ABI and spoken to Amy call time 15.33. New claim submitted through to ABI see screen shot attached.

      Angela has phoned chasing this claim call time 12.09. I have phoned ABI and spoken to Kristie call item 14.12. She has checked with Amy who has got an update from the supplier who confirmed that this was completed on the 13/06/17 see the file attached.

      Angela called (14:00) to ask if we had any updates with this as an engineer attended last week. She said the engineer only made notes and said that she will need a new cooker. I said I would call ABI for her either today or next week and see.
      Called ABI (14:05) and spoke to Lucie. I said that Angela called and that what was the update on this. Lucie said it has been referred to the supplier but she will chase the supplier and get them on it quickly as I said that the customer has been dealing with this for a while and she is so frustrated as she can't cook anything.
      Called Angela back on 01840213206 (14:08) and let her know that ABI will chase the supplier and get this on quickly as I said this needs to be sorted ASAP. She said thank you!

      I have phoned Angela (call time 10.56). I have said that the supplier have acknowledged the claim are looking into it and trying to organise what they are going to do. They haven't siad when or what they are doing at this. Point. She was happy for the call back that we have chased this and that we are pushing it for her.

      I have promised that someone will give her a call back by the end of the week to update her. Even if it is to say that we haven't got an update.

Sarah has said that the suppliers have acknowledged the claim and are looking into the case but haven't heard when they will be going out to the van or if parts are on order.       Angela Pooley phoned up about this as she is fed up now as this issue has been going on for ages and she's had no cooker. She said if ABI do not replace this she will take legal action. I said I will phone ABI and find out what's going on and get back to her.
      Called ABI and spoke to Amy, she said the supplier are on shut down this week and she will email them about this. I explained that Angela will take legal action.
      Called Angela back (11:39) and told her this. She wasn't happy and hasn't been able to cook anything and doesn't find things easy anyway as she's disabled. I apologised and said we will chase ABI Monday for her and keep chasing to get this resolved. I have passed on to Iz to call Monday as I'm not here.

      I have phoned Amy chasing this issue again she has said that she will chase the supplier them again and explain to them that the owner is threatening to take legal action. I will ring back Angela and let her know that I have chased this again and passed it on to ABI. She is really unhappy with the service from the supplier. I have escalated this to Ade.

      I have phoned Angela back to say that I don't have much of an update and will update her tomorrow. Dean has phoned me back to say that ABI were advised that Angela would use the cooker and to resubmit the issue later. I have done this and said that it is urgent.

      Michelle has put this lady though to me as she said I have spoken to her, I don't know anything about this issue and looking at notes Izzy has been dealing with this lady and I have now put the call over to Izzy

      Angela has phoned to say that this issue is still going on. I have phoned ABI to find out what is going on call 15.15. Dean has said that he is going to speak to Lisa and find out what is going on with this issue and call me back.

      Lisa at ABI has advised that the parts have been sent to the engineer and he will contact the owner when he is due to attend. I have tried to call the customer but there isn't an answer will make a note to try later.
