      This issue was reported over the phone by the park. He couldn't give me the serial number of the van. But he said that the van was sited on plot 1. He has said could he get a local gas engineer to have a look at it to see of he could resolve the issue. I have said yes!

      I said that they may require parts so I would submit the claim to ABI so if their engineer couldn't resolve the issue then at least the ball is rolling and we aren't waiting for a response in the middle of next week.

      Michelle asked me to call Mr Jennings back on 07825345048 as he left a message on the phone saying he had a faulty boiler. I called him back and he said he has sorted the issue now it was the change over valve button sticking. I will let ABi know by email (attached above). Issue closed.
