      This issue was reported over the email by the park. I have phoned the park because we do not have the serial number of the boiler on the PDI attached. I have emailed Shelley asking her to find this and also if there is a fault code on the boiler itself.

      I have recieved the information that I required. Claim submitted to ABI see screen shot attached. I have updated Shelley see screen shot attached.

      Shelley phoned chasing the claim it has been acknowledge by ABI and referred over to the supplier see screen shot attached. She would like to have this sorted out by the end of the week.

      I have spoken to Dean at ABI because the girls were on the phone. He has said that he will pass on that this is urgent and ask that the girls keep an eye on it and give me an update asap.

      Shelley has said that could we keep chasing this for her (call back 11.02). I have spoken to Lisa and made her aware that this is important and can she chase this as well.

      Shelley has phoned again chasing this claim. I have phoned ABI asking if they can get Morco to contact the park and tell them what is happening. I have also updated Shelley.

      Called and spoke to Kristie at ABI and she confirmed this has been completed by Morco, but she didn't have the date.

      Spoke to Shelly at the park and asked if this has been dealt with and if they are happy for me to close this off. She said yes it had been done but she was very unhappy that ABI left if for so long to deal with nearly three weeks before morco looked at it. She said her owner is looking for compensation as they lost rentals. I said I would let ABI know that on her behalf.
