called abi spoke to diane as this is now showing up on the abi outstanding list, and we was advised it had been completed by phone.
Diane confirmed it is outstanding, so it could be the client has reported it again.
I will re-open this issue as it has the same ARF9501

as of 11th jan this is no longer oustanding on ABI weekly report.

I have e-mailed Diane back again with the copies of the job sheet/ outstanding report for oct that shows this job.
Diane has sent me a copy of a completed job sheet for Feb 11 showing work completed.
But we put this on sep/oct.
Im now waiting for a response from Diane at ABI.

Diane has sent me a copy of a completed job sheet for Feb 11 showing work completed.
But we put this on sep/oct.
Im now waiting for a response from Diane at ABI.
Diane has e-mailed me back to say that she has now e-mailed the suppliers re the handles.
So now waiting for diane to get a response from the suppliers.

Now had a reply from Diane at ABI to say that they supplier will send ABI new plastic handles and hinges for this van.
Will re schedule this work for say 3 weeks time and check that its on my weekly outstanding report on wed.

Park has called and spoke to claire, they have received the handles/hinges.
But nigel doesn't know how to fit hinges, I have e-mailed DIane saying that I take it the supplier isn't going to fit them, are they happy for us to invoice them for the job?

Diane has sent me an e-mail from eltheringtons, who would prefer to fit these themselves when they are next in the area.
I will e-mail diane back to see if they can advise us when this might be as this has been going on for awhile now.

Diane has sent me another e-mail asking Elteringtons to contact me directly re dates.
I have called the park and left a message to say that the supplier will be coming to fit them, but I've not been advised of a date as yet.

As I was typing an e-mail to Diane at ABI to ask her to chase Eltheringtons up, Darren Milsom come in to say that the client has been on the phone chasing this up.
I advised him that I was just chasing this up with ABI.
Also I e-mailed the park the other day, and they have advised me that Eltheringtons didn't turn up w/c 13th feb.

Rea at abi has e-mailed me back to say that it was completed on the 07.12.11, i have e-mailed her back to say that the supplier was due to go on the 13th feb 12 etc.
