michael has advised me that Bowness will be going to site next week to look at these.

Rang Golden Coast and asked to speak with Aidan, he is in a meeting, so I spoke with the Duty manager, who advised that we could not inspect any of the towel rails this week, as the units are all let for half term. Michael and myself are quite welcome to visit next week to inspect the towel rails

Left a message on the answerphone at Cleavewood asking them to confirm whether Bonus would be able to gain access to the units this week to inspect/replace the towel rails awaiting their response

Called park again left a message.
Phoned Aiden and he has confirmed that both Golden Coast/ Cleavewood are fully booked for this week, so there is not point in Bonus going to look at towel rail this week.
I have called Diane at ABI to advise her of this, she will arrange it for the following week.

Andy from Bonus called to see if this issue had been completed and asked if we had the towel rails so they can send them back to the manufacturers, I called Ria at ABI and she advised me that they sent the towel rails to the site for them to fit, I have a mobile number for Aiden and will pass this onto Bonus so he can call the site and see if they still have the towel rails.
