      Park rang @ 11.09 asking how we were doing with getting this done.
      Rang the park @ 11.23 to give them an update regarding this, and said we will attend as soon as we can, they said they will let the customer know.

      I have issued a worksheet for us to attend and take the handle out the Oakley in the yard and swap with this one. I have updated the park.

      I have made a claim and submitted through to ABI, see screenshot attached.
      I have also emailed Char back as she will email the park to update them as a panel issue wouldn't be covered.
