5 handles where delivered so I have passed the other 4 on to Claire so she can put the remaining on the system and into stock.

Mr Myland phoned (call time 09.24) he wanted to know what was happening with this issue and when we would be attending. I said that I would look into this and we would update the park.

Park rang @ 11.09 asking how we were doing with getting this done.
Rang the park @ 11.23 to give them an update regarding this, and said we will attend as soon as we can, they said they will let the customer know.

I have issued a worksheet for us to attend and take the handle out the Oakley in the yard and swap with this one. I have updated the park.

Mr Myland called chasing this claim. I am not sure what is going on with the claims and charleen has been looking into this issue so she will update him later on today.
