I totally reject their assertion. 1) the External Walls are included in the warranty. 2) the cover strips are part of the walls, are an integral part so must be included in the warranty. 3) how can holes appearing above the windows be a maintenance issue? This is either a build issue or a design issue. We only noticed the holes above the windows when we stood on steps to look at the cover strip. They may well have been there since manufacture. 4) this too is an external wall guaranteed issue as the windows and walls are covered, I think it is reasonable that an owner does not expect that holes appear in the walls in 4 years of manufacture. The other thing in the cover strip is that it appears the wall cladding appears to be cut too short as it is not covered by the cover strip. What is ABI s answer to that? This is a manufacture fault . If you could kindly come back to me with a response from ABI with the points he’s raised I would appreciate it. Kind regards Sarah emailed Andrea

Claire Folland added a comment - 29/Aug/24 5:12 PM Hi Claire   As per the below from the Owner, I do apologise they are unhappy with the response, however the warranty has expired:   Issue 1. Blown glass is only covered for 3 years by the manufacturer. Issue 2. Cladding our warranty covers all cladding related issue for 3 years. Issue 3. Holes in the sealant is a maintenance issue, if this had been present from the time of manufacture we would have been and rectified this, but nothing has ever been reported, as such we have no way to determine how this has happened. However, sealant is a perishable item and does require maintenance.   I am sorry your owner is unhappy but unfortunately the warranty has expired.   Kind regards   ABI(UK) Warranty & Aftersales Team emailed park
