          Hi,
           
          You have recently submitted a warranty claim under the above serial number for the below issue,
           
          • customer has reported there is still an issue with the front sliding doors, they do not seem to slide and shut properly.
           
          Please see below notes from Craigs last visit,
           
          Doors align and lock perfectly Dropped one door on the wheels to stop rubbing frame at top on one area Doors are tight to weatherproofing attached to frame which is obviously required to stop ingress but causes slight binding Frame is level across bottom. No fault the doors work as should.
           
          Please can you ask someone from the park to try opening and closes the doors.
