Hi,
You have recently submitted a warranty claim under the above serial number for the below issue,
• radiator in the lounge has gone rusty.
Please see below comments from the supplier and advise if this is ok,
We will send a replacement radiator to the local engineer who will fit this. Please can you advise the site that the new radiator is a 750H by 600L Double. So, it is 50m higher than the original due to a change in our radiator sizes earlier this year. Could they please confirm this will still fit in the space before I send these to the engineer.
