Claire Folland added a comment - 15/Apr/25 1:22 PM Good Afternoon,   Claim Number: W0232452 An ABI engineer has attended to your van Serial Number: 1991930 relating to your claim and has advised that a referral to the supplier has now been made for (one or more) of the issues he has attended to. The referral has now moved over onto a separate claim number which will now begin with an R. The supplier may need to contact you regarding the referral if this relates to an engineers visit from them or alternatively a part may be sent to ABI for our engineers to re-attend. If you have any further queries relating to this then please contact the ABI Warranty Team. We have now referred the following issue(s) to our supplier.   1. W0232875 The two-seater settee has a stain on the front edge * ABI ENG ADVISED: REFER - Refer to suppliers see photos not a staine all stitching has come apart at back *    The referral claim(s) have been moved onto a separate claim number beginning with the letter ''R''.
