We have asked a question on the portal to gather more information about your claim. Can you please logon in the portal on www.abi-portal.co.uk and reply to question so we are able to progress your claim.

Hi Claire, this was closed as we hadnt heard anything back regarding a quote. We previously advised the supplier (Euramax) has unfortunately gone into administration. Please source local glazier to provide quotation to replace the glass window. Once we have the quote, we need to approve it and we can look to cover the cost.
If you currently do no have access to the new portal and wish to do so, please contact us on 01482 678000 (Option 2) and enquire with our team.
** Please note - Any claims acknowledged after 12pm on a Thursday will not be processed until the following week **

Please find the quote attached with an email from Camel Glass below for the ABI Wimbledon glass replacement here at Lufflands. Camel require you to complete some information in order to proceed.
The van is serial number 2030519 as discussed with Claire at Surf Bay.
The invoice has now been paid for the work to go ahead by ourselves, please let me know what you require from me in order to be reimbursed?
