          Engineer was supposed to attend today as it is still an issue.

          Mr Thorn has been on the phone, engineer has been sick so visit cancelled. Awaiting date from the supplier, will call Mr Thorn on 07568353632 once received a date.

          Complaint received from Mr Squire. The visit in mid August has not rectified the issue, 4th visit now needed. In discussions with Mr Squire (owner of park) and Andrea at ABI regarding this.

          Have asked SD how quickly they would be able to go out to this.
