W0234985 freezer is not working, not getting up to temperature, everything is de-frosting    The referral claim(s) have been moved onto a separate claim number beginning with the letter ''R''. Len Bateman and Jadie Hughes) Good afternoon, The Fridge-freezer has been written off by the manufacturer as the part, (fan assembly) is not available to order. We have been issued with an UPLIFT number: 211104864 This number can be used from tomorrow’s date (19.06) – please take to original retailer (Surf Bay Caravans) and they will be able to use the number to arrange replacement of the machine for a new one. James Eginton added a comment - 02/Jul/25 9:14 AM Darren at Eden Valley called to advise that the new one was dropped off yesterday. Checking with ABI in relation to who will be disconnecting and taking away the old one.

James Eginton added a comment - 04/Jul/25 11:45 AM We are going down next week for other jobs, so will fit the new and take away old at the same time. Then need to arrange with Bonus to collect from us, once back in stores.
