      park emailed to advise the thermostat is broken, emailed back to ask what they mean by this, they have advised The gas engineer had to bypass the thermostat as it would not work the boiler. Now the boiler works and we have to control it on the boiler. This was discovered on our first guest using the brand new van

      emailed back to advise this van has 2 morco touches, 1 in the lounge and 1 in the bedroom, both of these need to be on for the boiler to work, asked for them to confirm both are on and which one is broken
