        This claim has now been closed by the suppliers.

        I have just had an angry reply from the customer stating that they have had no communication whatsoever. Who has the email been sent to as they wouldn't have the owner's details?

        Hi,

        The engineer from the sofa company visited and said that the owner should expect the sofas to sag as there is nothing supporting the cushions, unlike other models. I rejected this on behalf of the customer.
