Please can you arrange a replacement part under the warranty? The caravan has just been professionally drained down for the winter with the shower parts wrapped and left in the unit - if they are able to send the replacement we can ask the plumber to fit it next year when he re-fills the caravan if that saves the manufacturer a visit?
