I have resubmitted this to ABI, as engineer attended in December but could not complete due to gas leak.

Claim Number: W0242021
We have now referred the following issue(s) to our supplier.
1. W0242021 the cooker is not functioning properly. customer noticed that it wasnt getting up to temperature so he then purchased an oven thermometer and it it is running at 60 degrees below what it should be, ( When he sets it to 180 it only reaches 120 )he cannot get the temp above above 170 at all. This obviously is not hot enough to cook food safely.
The referral claim(s) have been moved onto a separate claim number beginning with the letter ''R''. The claim numbers are next to each referral item.
