I emailed Mike @ Treworgans however I don't think he understood what I meant and sent me a photograph of the damaged kitchen corner unit (the claim for this has already been processed~) I have sent him another email explaining that I need a photograph of the external fascia corner on the roof which is damaged and am awaiting a response from him

Hi ellie,
I called mike at the park and he has promised that he will send the photo over of the corner, I have close this claim and set it up under GW-744.
So if he does sent the photo then we can get the cost from ABI/ ecs..
