Diane called back and advised that I had to call and arrange a call out from Beaumatic which I did they said that they needed the serial number of the fridge/freezer, Jenny from Beaumatic is going to call Carol today to make an appointment, I called Carol and asked her to get the serial number and to expect a call from Beaumatic today.

ABI advise that Baumatic are due to attend to this issue. Have left a message for Carol to call me back.

Carol has advised that Baumatic have had to reschedule their engineers visit due to illness. She is not very happy about this.

Baumatic engineer told the site that the fridge will have to be replaced. Contacted Baumatic and was told that a new unit is being sent to a company called MCD on Thursday 26th May. Customers would like the work completed by the week-end.

Baumatic will only send the new fridge to the site. We will make arrangements to take our stock fridge to site and leave the old one for Baumatic to collect when they deliver the new one. We will then have to collect this one and bring it back to Winkleighfor our stock van. Have contacted Carol and given her all this information and she is happy about this. She wants to know when all this will take place.

I have issued a worksheet for the new fridge to be collected from the site next week. Once back at our showground it will need to be fitted into our demo model in the showroom.
