Regarding the attached claim.
Has this unit been sold? If so, can you please provide the plot number, date of sale and owner details.
Secondly, we need photos for the following issues:
- Poor sealant inside front door and next to patio door
- Leaking bath shower screen
- Peeling wood veneer in bedrooms 1 and 2
- Peeling wood veneer in the lounge
- Tiny chip on kitchen Belfast sink
- Stains on carpet where carpet meets vinyl floor
For the woodwork, we require a photo of the issue and of the unit in full so that we can see the location of the fault in relation to the piece of furniture.
