Good Afternoon,
Regarding the attached claim.
The following issue has been rejected as Out of Warranty:
- gap has appeared at the bottom of the double doors
After the initial 12-months, door adjustments are a maintenance issue rather than a warranty issue. As this van was sold 13/04/2021, this is no longer covered under warranty.
