Good Afternoon,
Regarding the attached claim.
The following issue has been rejected as standard:
- no mirrors hung in unit
One of our engineer’s has attended this week and reported the following:
The only mirror missing is the lounge, but does not have one here please check spec
Having checked the specification for this van, we cannot find anything to say that there should be a mirror in the lounge. As such this issue has been rejected.
