Good Afternoon,
Regarding the attached claim.
The following issue has been rejected as Out of Warranty:
- The French doors are not sliding properly any more
Door adjustments are only covered under warranty for the first 12-months following the date of sale, after this time, any required adjustments to external doors and windows should be made during the van’s regular maintenance checks.
As this unit was sold 15/08/2022, the above is no longer covered under Atlas warranty, as such it is the park/owner’s responsibility to rectify this issue.
I have attached a copy of the door maintenance section of the Owner’s Handbook for your information.
