I have been asked again today by the owners of Holywell 18 for an update on the warranty claim for the non working light and missing shower cap. The light is internally damaged, and non repairable so will need to be replaced. I know I can get these from Arleigh. And I have had a good look online and cannot find a replacement cap or even a matching riser kit for the shower, on the Arleigh site and more. Would you please be able to let me know a rough timescale on these parts? Happy to fit them here on site myself. Also, I managed to locate 2 spare new Atlas exterior lights, so I have replaced the one on Holywell 15. So only the leaking towel rail is now outstanding.
