            Hi Claire.

            This claim has been assessed all none manufacturing damage re chips, marks, dents, loose fittings etc have been rejected as not covered under warranty.

            The numerous lines for missing or poor silicon Atlas will assess without obligation as a goodwill gesture, these should have been reported at the point of sale and in some pictures, it doesn’t look like the product colour that Atlas would use hence assess without obligation.

            Atlas will attend to the doors and windows.
