Graham from Atlas has advised that Atlas will not authorise the repair, they will schedule their engineer to undertake the repair when he is next in the area

atlas engineer has just drop the wallboard off, he has 16 other jobs to do and doesn't have time to do this.
I will ask ade to e-mail the person at Atlas to see if they will pay for us to do this job?

Claire has advised me that Graham from Atlas has advised Ade that there engineers will be in the area this week, but they may run out of time to do this job!
If they do run out of time then they will drop the board off and then ade will have to contact Atlas to see if they will pay us to do the job?

as of 10th jan atlas outstanding report shows that this has been completed, I have check with claire and Atlas engineer due attend and said they will order part.
I have e-mailed Janette @ Atlas to advise her of this.
