Description
They have now sold this van, to Mr & Mrs Trigg and they are due to move in 01.08.14. They are trying to commission the van and they have found that the grab rings will not come off the sink, they are unable to remove it as the sink has a work top unit .

Keith tried to release the sink from the vanity unit worktop but could not cut through the silicon as there is not enough room to do anything and you cannot remove the tap due to the depth between the worktop and the tap

As we haven't had this claim Authorised by Atlas yet, I have forward the original e-mail to Atlas asking them to look at this, I have also put what our engineer has report.
I've also asked them if they can let us know when they are able to send an engineer out to this issue.

tried to call Tim to find out if this has been rectified, he is on holiday until next wed, no one else on the park can help me,the lady on reception advised to send Tim and email as he may check them.

Atlas have advised their engineer completed this on the 21-8-14

I will issues a work sheet as we might be in the area next week and if so we can get our engineer to have a look and see what they can do as the owners are due to move in tomorrow.
