        had a response from Racheal, she has advised the supplier rejected the claim for the chair, emailed Lorraine

        Re above notes I did chase rachel at Atlas asking if she could get an answer, she has not come back to me. I have emailed Racheal again asking for an update either way.

        Gwyn has not received a replacement chair, Have emailed Racheal for an update as it does not look like Lorraine has chased to see if the supplier has rejected it

        Racheal has come back today to say " I will refer the chair but it will possibly be rejected due to PDI as the crack was never reported.
        If they do reject it then Ade has agree that I can order one for them.

        Ade has said that if they wont accept this under warranty we can order a new chair .

        Ade,
        This issue has been rejected by the supply, I have gone back to Atlas to say that the chair was faulty, but i don't think that they will agree.
        This was never reported to us on PDI, so are you happy for me to order one if they say NO.

        These issue are new ones that have been reported via the phone by Gwyn today. he was also chasing other parts up from the recent PDI which I was unable to locate on Jira. I have spoken to claire and she has the PDi and is gong to order the parts in as GW.
        I have submitted these new issue into Atlas via email today.
