Racheal from Atlas has come back to say "
As I thought the broken dining chair has been rejected".
I have asked her why they have rejected this as the chair is faulty, can she go back to them please.
No waiting for a reply.
I will email ade to see if they can get this as warranty is she happy for me to order a new one?

This issue has been rejected by the supply, I have gone back to Atlas to say that the chair was faulty, but i don't think that they will agree.
This was never reported to us on PDI, so are you happy for me to order one if they say NO.

Racheal has come back today to say " I will refer the chair but it will possibly be rejected due to PDI as the crack was never reported.
If they do reject it then Ade has agree that I can order one for them.

Gwyn has not received a replacement chair, Have emailed Racheal for an update as it does not look like Lorraine has chased to see if the supplier has rejected it

Re above notes I did chase rachel at Atlas asking if she could get an answer, she has not come back to me. I have emailed Racheal again asking for an update either way.
