AT008725/03 ALL 4 SILVER SPRAYED GLASS SHADES ARE SPRAYED OFF CENTRE – Submitted by claire 6th feb Michele emailed you on the 7/2/12 - 11.22am as the claim was completed correctly i.e. filled in with a serial number etc and we have not received it back again.
The above is on the e-mail from janette dated 06 march 12- after waiting since feb for a reply.
Claire said she did get an e-mail back from michele and she re-sent the warranty.
Claire will look into this now.
