      I have spoken to Vanessa, she has advised a part has been dispatched direct to the site, I asked her if she had seen my e-mail yesterday. I confirmed what the issue was and that the site were invoicing me. She has advised to invoice her when i receive this and she will get it reimbursed.

      Ian from Kennford has phoned, he advised that Atlas were being too slow, so he has got his own plumber in to sort out the issue. He has confirmed that the water feeds to the boiler were crossed and the hot had been plumbed to the cold.

      Ian advised that he had contacted Tracey in the plumbing department at Atlas and had been informed that the van was two years old and that Atlas could not be held responsible for this. Ian is really annoyed with Atlas and wanted to know how to proceed.

      I have advised that he should have the invoice made out to Surf Bay and we will pay the plumber. We will then seek reimbursement from Atlas.

      Vanessa has confirmed that this has been reported to MORCO and Atlas's plumbing team, and is in hand. She advised that plumbing had spoken to the site.

      I have phoned Atlas with the make and model of boiler.
      Make: Morco GB 24.SER.11.
      SN: 21087400019436.
      Commissioned last week in preparation and date of sale was yesterday, 23/05/17.
      Spoke to Emma and she thinks it may be a plumbing issue, but passed on to Izzie anyway.

      Ian at Kennford phoned again regarding this issue saying that the owner's are really unhappy. He has phoned Morco asking for advise but couldn't get hold of anyone to explain what to do because he is not an engineer.

      I have phoned Atlas and spoken to Emma and provided some more information. I have said that I think that it sounds like there is something wrong with the ignition but the boiler is not showing an ignition fault. She has that she agrees with me. She will look for the claim and refer the issue over to Morco.

      Guy at the park called up (10:59) reporting this issue. He says that every other tap works when you put the hot water on and it fires up the boiler. But the one in the main bathroom doesn't fire up the boiler and no hot water comes through.
      I have made a claim and submitted it through to Atlas, see screenshot attached.
