This issue was reported to us by the park. I have created the claim and submitted it through to Atlas see screen shot attached.

I have phoned Atlas and spoken to Emma. She has that this issue has not been put on the system yet. She will confirm with Vanessa to find out what has happened with the claim. She has also asked for owners name and date of sale. Call time 10.30.

I have phoned June at Atlas (call time 15.06) she has confirmed that the toilet pan was on order. It has now come in and it's awaiting for an engineer to attend the issue.
