              Mrs Palfry has sent an e-mail asking why no one had got back to her about this issue. I will ask the question of Claire but will also advise Mrs Palfrey that this has been rejected as Atlas Holiday Homes went into administration. Spoke to Darren who agrees that we should guide Mrs Palfrey down the insurance route.

              Michele has emailed to advise this will be rejected as it is an Atlas Holiday homes van and they will not honour the warranty, called Ellbee direct, they have advised any vans before Atlas went to administration will not have any warranty, they will not carry out any repairs
