I HAVE HAD TO E-MAIL SARAH TO ASK FOR A PART NUMBER AS I COULD NOT SUBMIT A PER ( IT WOULD NOT EXCEPT THE SCANNED DIAGRAM PANEL)

I HAVE E-MAILED SARAH TODAY TO ASK IF SHE COULD GET ME THE PART NUMBER AS STEVE GREENHAM HAS BEEN ON THE PHONE WANTING TO KNOW WHEN HE CAN EXPECT THIS, I EXPLAINED THAT I AM STILL WAITING FORM THE PART NUMBER AND WILL GET IT ON ORDER AS SOON AS I GET IT.

I have e-mailed Sarah again today to get the part number I can't submit it using the Swift system as the panel diagram is too big.

THE PART NUMBER SUPPLIED WAS INCORRECT THE CORRECT PANEL IS:
5758 X 434 PART NUMBER PN01754 THIS HAS NOW BEEN PLACED ON ORDER.

The reason for the long delay between receiving the order and placing the part on order is as follows:
I had to wait for a panel diagram to be sent to me and this took a few weeks ( I also went on holiday for a week)
Then I had to wait for static to send back the panel diagram this took about 10 days,
I then had to e-mail Sarah and ask for the part number as I could not attach the panel diagram to the PER
Then I had to wait for the part number to be supplied and finally the wrong part number was supplied and I had to wait for the new part number which I received today and ordered the part.

The swift system is showing that this panel was dispatched W/C 24-06-11 note number 008676, I have sent a prn sbh000238/WN to try to get a signature.

I have e-mailed Steve Greenham to advise that we do not have a vehicle big enough to transport the panel and asked him what he would like to do as it is too big to go by courier and we have no vans going out to Bridport.

Terry spoke to Steve Greenham and told him that the panel was to big for out transport and asked him to arrange some transport.
I e-mailed again to ask him to collect the panel but the mail was returned
The vanity unit he ordered is also in Terry is due to Speak to Steve Greenham today so he is going to ask him to collect the goods asap.

Paul from static called and asked for the information on the panel I told him when the panel was received and all the relevant information, he said he would talk to Steve and come back to me.
