Swift have finally come back to me to say that they have sorted the part number out and will order the part, I have e-mailed back asking that they send it direct to site and that I would like it f-o-c due to all the messing about.

Part arrived on the swift delivery with both our and the parks address on it, the swift driver agreed to deliver it to park
