            I have been phoning and sending Martyn emails re this missing Flue Cap without getting any response. The customers did the unpacking themselves and may now have found it. I will contact Martyn in the morning re this and get one ordered if it has not turned up.

            Waiting for Ann to advise if she has done anything further with this claim have recommended getting one set direct to site from ABI (chargeable to Surf) we do this as a gesture of good will
