Description
Park have called and spoke to Claire today, she has e-mailed me the request over.
They are asking if ABI will supply the parts FOC as they have ordered 14 vans, checked on paradox and it shows 10 vans. (screen shot attached)

Dan has now replied to say that ABI will not provided these parts FOC, he will now sent the quote over to me.

Dan from ABI has replied to say -Unfortunately not. I did past this onto the Warranty and Customer Services Manager to look into however unfortunately these parts will be chargeable.
I have now e-mailed the park to advise them of this and quoted the following prices:
The cost of the panel is £351.00 plus vat, the corner capping is £27.00 plus vat and the delivery charge is £40.00 plus vat.
If the park come back to say yes please order, then can you arrange for this to go directly to Newlands.

Tim from Abi called to say that he has spoken or been at the park.
He said that the park never ask us to get this FOC? I said that my college has e-mailed me to say that they have asked for that.
We never received a quote from Dan, with he said he sent to us, when I did get the quote I e-mailed it to the park and they have never replied to say they want us to order it.
Anyway Tim now wants me to order it and charge the park. he said panel but we have a note that they ask for panel / corner capping so I will order both parts.
He said that he has told them he will get it put in a van that Linda Amor has order so they don't have to pay the freight charges!

Linda Amor called to see what is happening with this issue - I called Dan at ABI and he advised that the parts are now in but the van is at there there other depot - Dan is going to find out when the van will be ready for collection and let me know.

Dan e-mailed me back to say that they had tried to get the panel in the van but it would not fit so they are going to get their engineer to deliver it to the park - I sent an e-mail with the parks full address and e-mailed Linda Amor to advise her.
