Doug advises that he reported a scratch on the glass of the door whilst it was a demo at Brean, and wanted to know why the door had not been replaced. We have no record of this, however, it would have been rejected by ABI if it had not been picked up within a couple of days of delivery, Doug advised that the unit had been to Winkleigh prior to being at Brean. This is therefore not a warranty issue. We will order the replacement door as a chargeable order.

Dougie has sent the door back to me saying it is for the wrong model, should be for a 2010 model and NOT 2011. ABI will not take the door back so it will need to go into stock and another one ordered.

I have emailed Diane to look into this as a search of the serial number would have told them this is a 2010 model.
