Rang park they have received the doors, advised to keep hold of them and we will send an engineer to fit, they are happy with this

Doug advises that he reported a scratch on the glass of the door whilst it was a demo at Brean, and wanted to know why the door had not been replaced. We have no record of this, however, it would have been rejected by ABI if it had not been picked up within a couple of days of delivery, Doug advised that the unit had been to Winkleigh prior to being at Brean. This is therefore not a warranty issue. We will order the replacement door as a chargeable order.
