ECS have replied to say "We will have later next week for Delivery the week after"
I tried to call Alan today to take payment but the phone couldn't take calls and it states that it will send him a text with our telephone no to say that we have called.
I will drop him an e-mail to update him

Alan has called me to say that he still hasn't received this panel,I have dropped an e-mail to Shaun to see when it might arrive?

I was off yesterday and ECS have delivered the panel to Winkleigh, I have e-mail Shaun to say that this should of gone direct to Kernow.
Ive also called him to talk to him about this, he said we need to let him know its to go direct to the park. I did advise him that it does state over the order that this was to go to the park.
Shaun said he will have to collect it from us and then take it to the park, it might be next week he is not sure yet but will let us know.
I have called Alan Hunt at the park to let him know what has happened, I said once we know a date from Shaun I will update him no 01736 711717.

Mr Hunt has called twice asking for a date for the panel to be delivered or crated up and sent by courier to site as he needs to get it fitted over the weekend due to the van being let next week. I have tried phoning Shaun but got no answer so I have now sent an email requesting a call back. This was sent with a 'high importance' flag on it

Ash called from ecs to say there are no deliveries as far down as Penzance so does not know when the panel will be collected.

Phoned Shaun (who is on holiday) to say that delivery was requested to site with initial order, so it is down to ecs to get the panel to Kernow. He is going to ring Ash at ecs. I have left 2 messages for Ash to ring me asap. No response yet.
