I have looked on sage and I cant see that Southern Counties Leisure have purchased anything from us before.. They are wanting to order some parts so would you prefer me to say that they have to pay prior to placing the order or when the parts come in.
If you can let me know either way.

I have today sent an e-mail to Louise with the following cost;
Carpet 4m by 5 meters cost £657.12 plus vat - part no 1710605
Lino 4 m by 4 m cost £299.10 plus vat- part no 1711849
Table based on Swift Moselle - cost £585.00 1716199
Chairs part no 1716200 £165.90 each plus vat
Quoted- Messina wall boards at £50.00 plus vat each -ones from Lambson (these are on order)
Need to check how many they need of these.
They would have to collect all of this from us
