      We are unable to progress with this warranty claim in regards to the following van, please see attachment for details.

      The following issues have been rejected:
       
      1.The carpet in the lounge looks like it has been cut too short and doesn’t meet the carpet grip *** NO LONGER COVERED UNDER WARRANTY. VAN LEFT AND SOLD IN 2021, IF THIS WAS CUT SHORT IT WOULD HAVE BEEN AN ISSUE IN 2021 ***
      2.The owner believes there is an issue with water getting into the van as a lot of his stuff had mould on it after being stored in underneath the sofa *** REJECTED - CONDENSATION, SOFA AREA IS NOT DESIGNED FOR STORAGE, IT HAS TO BE LEFT EMPTY FOR VENTILATION ***

      Hi Claire,

      The best thing we can do is attend as a goodwill job to see if we could provide a repair IE move the threshold or change it to a wider one but anything else would be on a chargeable basis.
