          Mr Parker called reporting that Surf Bay agreed to return annually to check chassis.
          Ade confirmed that because Mr Parker had ordered a galvanised chassis and received painted chassis, to avoid client rejecting van Darren agreed to attend to the van annually for the period the whole of the warranty period - As not warranty issue changed to GW.
          Mr Parker reported two other faults - 1) Shower valve that has already been replaced once has gone very very stiff again and is impossible to operate with wet hands & 2) Can feel the springs in the cushions on the settee. I have opened issues for these to show reported but Willerby advised parts warranty expired in 2014.

          Keith has attended and advised there are rust patches appearing, spoke to Ade, she thinks we agreed to treat the chassis every year

          spoke to Mr Parker, he checked the chassis around Easter time and it looked fine, advised we would check it when we pick up the cushions
