As per the below from the Owner, I do apologise they are unhappy with the response, however the warranty has expired:
Issue 1. Blown glass is only covered for 3 years by the manufacturer.
Issue 2. Cladding our warranty covers all cladding related issue for 3 years.
Issue 3. Holes in the sealant is a maintenance issue, if this had been present from the time of manufacture we would have been and rectified this, but nothing has ever been reported, as such we have no way to determine how this has happened. However, sealant is a perishable item and does require maintenance.
I am sorry your owner is unhappy but unfortunately the warranty has expired.
