added a comment - This was last attended in September by our own Thetford External engineer for that area and apart from a dirty thermocouple and loose connection for the ignition, which did not contribute to the fault reported, the oven worked fine. We asked our own engineer to step in after our approved third party attended twice.
We do not believe there is a fault with this cooker nor will we attend without evidence of said fault reported. We advise site / customer source an independent engineer to investigate and if a fault if found and subsequently repaired, and a comprehensive report logged, we will ensure all costs are covered. Until this time, the referral has been rejected as no fault.
