Good afternoon,
White 2 (ABI Roecliffe, 2022, SN: 2070384) has been sold. We have an issue with all the edge covers on all the windows and doors coming off, we have tried to repair these without success. This wasn’t noted on the PDI as when the unit arrived we re-fitted them as per Duncan’s instructions on how to do this. Unfortunately they have all popped off again, every window in every room and continue to do so even when re-fitted.
Please can you arrange for someone to come down and fix them ASAP. The new owner wants to take over on 11th April 2025.
