The images are attached with the damage to work top and the microwave it has also damaged the floor.
Many thanks for letting us know about this. We will do our best to help resolve this, but I'm just trying to establish how this has happened. I can’t work out how it’s managed to be transported all the way from Hull without the microwave coming out before hand.
Atlas have always dispatched there products with either the microwave in the box ready to fit or fitted and secured with string for transportation.
I have just spoke to Claire and we haven’t been able to PDI this caravan due to their not being any keys so just wondered if you could clarify if your guys have been able to get in and unpack it and possibly remove the string that had been holding the microwave in.
Duncan is in the area tomorrow so I have asked him to come in and assess it anyway, but if you could just clarify the above that would be great.
