This morning we have moved the Atlas Debonair 36 x 12 2 Bed S/No AT026697/15 onto a show ground plot , unfortunately the microwave was not affixed with anything just placed in the position , this should have been screwed in at factory

        Many thanks for letting us know about this. We will do our best to help resolve this, but I'm just trying to establish how this has happened. I can’t work out how it’s managed to be transported all the way from Hull without the microwave coming out before hand.

        Atlas have always dispatched there products with either the microwave in the box ready to fit or fitted and secured with string for transportation.

        I have just spoke to Claire and we haven’t been able to PDI this caravan due to their not being any keys so just wondered if you could clarify if your guys have been able to get in and unpack it and possibly remove the string that had been holding the microwave in.

        Duncan is in the area tomorrow so I have asked him to come in and assess it anyway, but if you could just clarify the above that would be great.

        Sorry for late reply , the engineer came and pdi was done on the Atlas , but we have had no report as to what will happen next , the Microwave is still not affixed and is loose in the shelf .
        We also have the damage to the floor and the work surface.

        Can you advise as to where we are with it , we cannot sell it as it stands at the moment .

        Matt has spoken to me about this one and has agreed to fix this so we are going to try a new repair company to see if they can repair the worktop (Snag Doctors) Matt to arrange, I will place a new Microwave on order to be delivered to Winkleigh and Matt is happy to attend and fit when he is next down and the floor I have already made better and will currently leave this.
