Email received from David at park (via Micheal) that shower runs either too hot or too cold and he thinks the mixer tap has been installed upside down! Advised him we have an engineer (Keith) in the area so I will try to contact him and divert him over there.

Spoke to Keith, advised him urgently need to return to park today and resolve issue. He will do on his way back, I explained very clearly that he must go today without fail.
