Rea has come back to say "I have checked the system and I cannot see anywhere on there that a bung for the single bed has been requested.
What is this bung actually for?"
I have emailed her back to say it was on SBH001150, and looking a notes claire states that it was send out. I have asked her to arrange for this part to be sent to us ASAP.

Park have replied to say that they haven't had this part. I have emailed swift asking them to re-send the part to us, When it comes in we can send it to the park ASAP

I have issue a work sheet for our engineer to look at the issued raised, asking then to see what they can do / take photos and report back.
Looking at Paradox this van was delivered to park 23.10.13 and its a demo van.
